Before you decide.

Does a first visit have to be a deep clean?

Not always. We discuss the current condition of your home and how recently it was cleaned. If extra time is needed for the first visit, it is included in the quote before you agree.

Are ovens and refrigerators included?

Interior ovens, refrigerators and cabinets are optional extras. They are listed separately in the quote. Laundry, dishes, carpet shampooing and exterior windows are outside the standard clean.

Do I need to be home?

You can be home or arrange access in advance. We confirm the plan before the visit. Keep entry codes and other sensitive access details for a private conversation.
