Waitlist privacy

This notice covers the waitlist for the local Sevra app, operated by VibeCraft Inc. It is separate from an existing Sevra Cloud account and its privacy policy.

Just enough to keep in touch

We collect your email address, your consent to development updates and early-access announcements, and timestamps recording your request, confirmation, and withdrawal. After confirming, you may optionally tell us your operating system. We do not ask for your name, social profiles, payment details, or an account.

We send a confirmation first. Until you confirm, we do not treat you as subscribed to product updates. Joining does not guarantee access, hardware compatibility, priority, or a release date.

How it is handled

Vercel serves this website, Neon stores the waitlist, and Resend delivers confirmation emails. Those providers process the information needed to provide their services, including operational delivery and security logs. These services may process data outside your country. We do not sell the list, add you to unrelated campaigns, or enroll existing Cloud contacts without new consent.

We do not run analytics or session recordings on the new homepage or waitlist pages, or include tracking pixels in waitlist confirmation emails. The server uses short-lived, keyed hashes of request addresses and email addresses to limit abuse. Existing Cloud pages have their own analytics policy.

Retention and your choices

Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Unconfirmed email addresses expire after seven days. Confirmed addresses are retained for up to 12 months after confirmation; if needed beyond that, we will ask again. Cleanup runs periodically, so expiry is enforced before a record can be used, with stored data removed on the next successful cleanup.

Unsubscribe through the link in your email at any time. We remove your email address and optional platform from the active waitlist and cancel queued confirmations. A message already handed to the provider may still arrive. We retain a keyed, non-readable email hash and withdrawal timestamp to prevent accidental re-enrollment. Resubscribing requires a new request and confirmation.

Rate-limit records expire within 48 hours. Delivery-attempt metadata is retained for up to 30 days. Backups and provider logs can retain older copies under their retention policies; restoring a backup does not authorize sending to an old list.

To ask for access, correction, deletion, or help unsubscribing, contact carlos@sevrahq.com. We may need to verify that you control the address. Suppression records are used only to honor your choice and prevent abuse.
